ClaimCatch

Ad Copy Compliance Checker

In development

Catch the claim that gets your ad rejected.

The problem

A rejected ad costs days. A regulator’s letter costs more

Platform policies and advertising codes are long, and they differ by market. The mistakes are usually one sentence: a health promise, a guarantee, a line that tells the reader something about themselves. ClaimCatch reads each sentence against those families of rules as you type.

By market

FTC (US), ASA CAP Code (UK), ACCC (Australia) and the EU’s unfair commercial practices rules.

By platform

Meta’s personal-attributes rule, Google’s restricted categories, LinkedIn’s ad policies.

Names the rule family

Each flag says which kind of rule it touches, so you know what to look up.

How it will work

Three steps, and you stay in charge.

  1. 1

Write your ad where you already do

ClaimCatch watches the text box you are typing in. It reads nothing else on the page.

  2. 2

    Risky sentences get underlined

Health claims, guarantees, unsupported superlatives, fake urgency, personal attributes, comparisons, misleading prices.

  3. 3

    A side panel explains

An overall risk level, each flag, and the disclosure a regulator would expect, if any.

Privacy, plainly

What it reads, and what it never does.

It reads the copy you are writing, and nothing about your ad account.

What it will read

  • The text in the field you are typing in
  • The market and product category you choose

What it never touches

  • Your ad account, budgets, audiences or results
  • Customer data
  • Other fields or pages

Draft copy is sent to our server and on to the AI model that judges it. It does not rewrite your ad: it flags, and you decide. The full policy will be published before launch.

Questions

Fair things to ask.

Something else? support@codewithkolin.com

Is this legal advice?

No. It is an automated first pass that catches common problems before a platform or a regulator does. It does not replace a lawyer or the platform’s own review.

Will it rewrite my copy?

No. It points at the sentence and names the concern. The wording stays yours.

Which categories need it most?

Supplements, skincare, fitness, finance and anything with before-and-after claims: the categories that get rejected most.

When will it be ready?
