Refund policy

If a paid plan is not right for you, email support@codewithkolin.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• Your Pro licence stops working once the refund is issued. The free plan keeps working.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you live in the UK or EU, this policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
