Is this an ad blocker?
No. It does not block ads or trackers. It hides feed items based on how they are written, and shows you what it hid and why.
Will it hide things I wanted to see?
Sometimes, which is why nothing is removed: each hidden item leaves a line with a Show link, and you can loosen the settings or switch a site off.
Does it work in other languages?
It is most accurate in English. Titles in other scripts are left alone rather than judged badly, so nothing is hidden on a guess.
How do I turn on Pro?
After checkout you get a licence key by email. Click the BaitCatch icon, paste the key and press Activate. One key works on up to 3 browsers.
Nothing is being hidden on one of the sites. Why?
These feeds change their markup from time to time, and when one changes BaitCatch can stop recognising its items. The popup says “Nothing checked yet” when that happens. Email us and it gets fixed in the next version.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full, no reason needed.
