CommentCatch
YouTube Comment Manager
Find the comments that deserve a reply.
CommentCatch tags every comment in YouTube Studio as a question, praise, spam, hate or a business inquiry, so you can answer the ones that matter first.
- Question · needs reply
At 6:40, which resistor value did you use? Mine overheats with 220Ω.
- Business inquiry
We would love to send you our new soldering station for a dedicated video. Who should we email?
- Spam
I made $4,000 this week thanks to Mrs Anna, message her on the number below 👇
- Praise
Clearest explanation of this I have seen. Thank you!
The problem
The comment that mattered was number 214
Past a few thousand subscribers, nobody reads every comment. Real questions and brand offers sink under praise, spam and drive-by insults. YouTube’s own filters sort by time and “held for review”, not by what the commenter actually wants.
Questions you have not answered
One click shows only comments that expect a reply.
Money you are missing
Sponsorship and collaboration messages are tagged so they are not lost.
Noise, folded away
Spam and abuse can be hidden on your screen. Nothing is deleted or reported on your behalf.
How it will work
Three steps, and you stay in charge.
- 1
Open your comments in YouTube Studio
CommentCatch reads the comments on your screen, plus the video title for context.
- 2
Each one gets a tag and a priority
Question, praise, constructive, request, business, collaboration, spam or hate.
- 3
Filter in one click
A bar above the list: All, Questions, Business, Hate, Spam.
Where it will run
Where it will run
YouTube first, because its layout is stable.
- YouTube Studio
- The Comments tab of your channel.
- Later
- Instagram on the web.
- For agencies
- Counts per tag and a CSV export of business inquiries across the channels you manage.
Privacy, plainly
What it reads, and what it never does.
It reads public comments on your own channel. No API keys, no channel connection.
What it will read
- Comment text, author name, like count and the video title, as shown on your screen
What it never touches
- Your Google account, analytics, revenue or private messages
- Posts, replies, deletes or reports anything for you
- The YouTube API: it never asks you to connect your channel
Comment text is sent to our server and on to the AI model that tags it. Our server keeps the tag, not the comment. The full policy will be published before launch.

Will it reply or delete comments for me?
No, by design. Acting on your behalf is what gets tools and channels into trouble. It reads and tags; you decide.
Do I have to connect my YouTube account?
No. It works on what is already on your screen in YouTube Studio.
Does it work for small channels?
It works at any size, but it earns its keep once you get more comments than you can read.
When will it be ready?
It is in development. Join the waitlist and you get one email on launch day.
Stop missing the good ones.
Leave your email and you will hear once, when it is ready.
